We live in a world where titles are often overrated. In the real sense of things, leadership is more about the effect of your actions than the decoration (title) attached to the Office. No wonder John Maxwell elucidated the possibility of being a leader from anywhere in the organogram you find yourself in his best time seller “The 360 degree leader”.
My humble opinion……better to make sure your actions inspire others to be and do more than striving for titles, cos in the end? You’ll know if truly you have led.
